"Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. If you don't come in and dine at a restaurant ofcourse you can never gaurentee freshness, warmth of food or accuracy. I dined in today and it was amazing as per usual. If your waiting for food at home and it's even 10mins from the grill to you, it's going to be cold. Get off ya backsides and dine in for a change. "The Nando's was a absolute delight. I went there for lunch with friends and we decided what to get and ordered. Anything you heard about bad service is absolutely incorrect our waiter was nice but nothing special but the food came in about 10 mins which is very fast. The food was fantastic the Peri - Peri chips were well salted and fresh, the ribs were great and the sauce was lovely. The atmosphere was great with art on the walls and great music and the tables / chairs were quite comfortable. Overall if you want incredible food, great service and a nice comforting atmosphere come for a fantastic lunch or dinner."

"Love their chicken, tenders and chips. My personal taste doesn't love their coleslaw, but that is my taste, I know others would like it. What made me write this review and I cant explain what triggered it, but last time we visited we were given part of order at no cost. This never happens to me and nothing bad was done and no bad experience received, I think it was them displaying customer service excellence only for some order confusion. Which no other place ever acknowledges or offers anything apart from hollow words this was a refreshing and surprising change in this day."
